WHI has developed a complete turnkey manufacturing solution as well has obtained the exclusive licensing rights for the “WHI Rapid Home Building Patented Housing System”.  WHI and is actively seeking qualified prospects that will be licensed to manufacture and supply the home kits to developers, builders or governmental entities in specific exclusive territories according to their geographic presence.  

As a condition for the technology transfer the licensor will pay to WHI an upfront licensing fee that is determined by size and scope of the territory, plus ongoing royalty payments that are based upon the production of blocks that are produced in the block molding and shape molding machines.
